Game rules
One shared round: a multiplier climbs from the moment it starts until it crashes. Cash out before the crash to win your bet times the multiplier. These are the rules enforced by the JustPoker game engine; where the table and this page could ever disagree, the engine's published tests are the reference.
Crash is one round shared by every player at the table. When the round starts, a multiplier climbs from 1.00x, and at some point it crashes. Cash out before the crash and your bet returns its stake times the multiplier at that moment; still in when it crashes, and the bet is lost.
You choose when to leave: by hand, or with an auto cash-out set before the round. Every cash-out target returns 98.00% of what is staked on average: aiming low wins often and pays little, aiming high wins rarely and pays a lot.
Every crash point is fixed in advance by a published hash chain, before anyone bets, and you can reproduce any past round on our Provably Fair page. The curve on screen presents the round; our server alone decides when it crashes and what each cash-out gets.
One bet per player per round. Amounts are whole cents, and the two profit caps cash a bet out early rather than refuse it.
Chips of $1, $5, $10, $25, $100, $500, or type an amount.
Optional. Leave it off to cash out by hand.
A bet that reaches it is cashed out there.
All players together; open bets are cashed out there.
A bet outside the limits is refused before it is staked
Everyone plays the same round. While betting is open, place one bet of $1 to $500, with an auto cash-out if you want one. The stake is debited at once, and you can cancel the bet for a full refund until the round starts.
The round starts at 1.00x and the multiplier rises, slowly at first and then ever faster. Every player sees the same curve, timed by our server's clock.
Press Cash out at any moment before the crash, or let your auto cash-out take you out at its target. The bet returns its stake times the multiplier it left at.
At the round's crash point, fixed long before the round began, the multiplier stops. Bets still in the round are lost. The crash point and the round's game hash are revealed.
The result stays on screen and every settled bet is saved to your hand history. Then the next betting window opens.
Betting closes when a round starts. Press Bet next round and the table places your bet as soon as the next betting window opens, while the page stays open. Tap it again to cancel.
One big button does what the round needs next: Bet, Cancel bet, Cash out or Bet next round. Chips, ½ and 2× set the amount.
t milliseconds after the round starts, the multiplier is floor(100 × e0.00006 × t) ÷ 100: a smooth exponential, read off to the cent and never rounded up. The round crashes the first moment the multiplier reaches its crash point; a crash point of 1.00x crashes at once.
| Multiplier | Reached after |
|---|---|
| 1.01x | 165.8 ms |
| 1.50x | 6.758 s |
| 2.00x | 11.552 s |
| 10.00x | 38.376 s |
| 100.00x | 76.753 s |
| 1,000.00x | 115.129 s |
Our server alone decides. Your cash-out gets the multiplier at the moment the server processes it, on the server's clock, not the moment you pressed. If the round has crashed by then, the cash-out is too late and the bet is lost.
In the worked round below, which crashes at 1.57x, a cash-out processed 7,517 ms in gets 1.56x; one processed 7,518 ms in is too late. On a slow connection, leave a margin or set an auto cash-out.
Set a target from 1.01x to 1,000.00x before the round. If the round reaches it, the server cashes you out at exactly that multiplier, even if you have closed the page or lost your connection. A round that crashes at your target still pays it; one that crashes below it does not.
A round that crashes at 1.00x crashes the instant it starts: nobody can cash out, and every bet in it is lost.
A cash-out returns bet × multiplier, stake included, rounded down to the cent. A bet of $10.00 with an auto cash-out at 1.50x returns $15.00 whenever the round reaches 1.50x, whatever happens after.
Rounding is always down, so a payout is never more than the exact product and never short of it by a cent or more. A bet that is still in when the round crashes returns nothing.
| Bet | Cashed out at | Returns | Profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10.00 | 1.50x | $15.00 | +$5.00 |
| $3.33 | 1.57x | $5.22 | +$1.89 |
| $25.00 | 2.35x | $58.75 | +$33.75 |
| $3.33 × 1.57x is $5.2281, paid as $5.22: rounded down, never up. | |||
Two caps limit what a bet and a round can win. Neither refuses a bet: each cashes bets out early, at the multiplier where the cap is reached, and pays them there like any other cash-out.
A bet's profit can never pass $10,000. When the multiplier reaches the last point where it would not, the bet is cashed out there, unless its auto cash-out took it out first. A $500 bet is cashed out at 21.00x at the latest.
| Bet | Capped at | Profit there |
|---|---|---|
| $1 | 10,001.00x | $10,000 |
| $5 | 2,001.00x | $10,000 |
| $10 | 1,001.00x | $10,000 |
| $25 | 401.00x | $10,000 |
| $100 | 101.00x | $10,000 |
| $500 | 21.00x | $10,000 |
The bets in one round can never win more than $25,000 between them. The server counts the profit the open bets would make at each multiplier, less what the round has already paid. When the multiplier reaches the last point where they stay within the cap, every bet still in is cashed out there.
For example, 5 players each bet $500 with no auto cash-out. At 11.00x each has made $5,000, $25,000 together, so all 5 are cashed out at 11.00x if the round gets there.
A bet that leaves earlier, by hand, at its target or at its own cap, takes its profit with it and leaves the rest of the budget to the others.
Crash points are drawn so that the chance a round reaches any multiplier x from 1.01x up is exactly 0.98 ÷ x. A cash-out target x pays x times the stake when the round reaches it, so on average it returns x × 0.98 ÷ x = 98.00%, whatever target you choose and however you mix them.
That is a house edge of 2.00% — a return to player of 98.00% — on every cash-out target. It comes from the rounds that crash at 1.00x, before anyone can cash out: 2.97% of all rounds. The caps do not change it: a capped bet is paid at its cap exactly as at a target.
A cash-out by hand gets the multiplier showing when our server processes it, and only if the round has not crashed yet, so the round has to climb past that multiplier, not just reach it. That costs a little: by hand at 2.00x returns 97.51% on average, against 98.00% for an auto cash-out at 2.00x.
These are long-run averages: individual rounds and sessions swing widely in both directions. Please read our responsible gambling information and set limits before you play. A round takes seconds and starts again by itself, so time and stakes add up quickly.
| Cash out at | Chance | RTP |
|---|---|---|
| 1.50x | 65.33% | 98.00% |
| 2.00x | 49.00% | 98.00% |
| 10.00x | 9.80% | 98.00% |
| 100.00x | 0.98% | 98.00% |
| Crash at 1.00x | 2.97% | — |
RTP = chance the round reaches the target × the multiplier paid = 98.00% for every target.
Crash uses a pre-committed hash chain, the standard scheme for a game everyone shares. It does not use your client seed: one round serves every player, so its crash point comes from the chain and a public salt alone.
The current chain's terminating hash, salt and Bitcoin block are on the Provably Fair page. Open any round in your hand history to check it with the verifier.
100 links, salted with the Bitcoin genesis block hash, at a 2.00% edge. Each hash is the SHA-256 of the one above it; games use the chain from the bottom up.
Every step can be checked with any SHA-256 and HMAC tool.

The verifier's crash mode recomputes the crash point from the game hash and the salt, and walks the chain to the terminating hash.
