Most people play for fun and stay in control. For anyone who does not, we want the way out to be as easy as the way in. Everything on this page is free, confidential and available to you at any time.
JustPoker is a licensed operator, and player protection is a condition of that licence — not a marketing line. We design the product so that the safer choice is always the easy one: limits can be set in seconds and, from real-money launch, only loosened after a cooling-off period; a reality check interrupts play by default; self-exclusion takes effect the moment you confirm it and cannot be talked round by support.
We do not offer credit, we do not reward losing streaks, and we do not send promotions to anyone who has opted out or excluded. Our games carry a house edge that is published on the rules page, and every shuffle can be verified by you, so you always know exactly what you are playing.
Our support team is trained to recognise signs of harm and to act on them, including by applying limits or an exclusion on your behalf when you ask, and by reaching out proactively when your play changes in ways that concern us.
All of these are in your account under Responsible Gambling. Limits are enforced on our servers before any stake is accepted — not just in the interface.
Cap how much you can deposit. Decreases apply immediately. From real-money launch, increases will wait for a 24-hour cooling-off period you can cancel.

Block yourself from playing and depositing for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently. You can still sign in to withdraw and to view your history.
