1.Introduction and acceptance
- Clause 1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [JustPoker Operating Company Ltd.], a company registered in [Jurisdiction of Incorporation] under number [Company Registration No.] with its registered office at [Registered Address] (“JustPoker”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We operate the website at
justpoker.winand the games offered on it (together, the “Service”) under a remote gaming licence issued by [Licensing Authority] (licence [License Number]) to [Licensed Entity Name]. - Clause 1.2. By opening an account, ticking the acceptance box at registration, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our AML & KYC Policy, the Game Rules (the Ultimate Texas Hold'em rules, which also govern the live tables together with section 7, and the Blackjack rules) and any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Clause 1.3. Where these Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only. Where these Terms conflict with the Game Rules on a question of how a hand is dealt or settled, the Game Rules prevail.
2.Definitions
In these Terms the following words have the following meanings:
- Account
- The personal account you open with us to use the Service.
- Balance
- The amount of funds recorded in your Account, always expressed in US dollars (USD) and held as whole cents.
- Demo Balance
- Play credits with no monetary value that are credited to Accounts while the Service operates in demo mode (see section 5).
- Deposit
- A transfer of a Supported Asset from a wallet you control to a deposit address we issue to you, which is credited to your Balance in USD.
- Withdrawal
- A transfer of funds from your Balance to a cryptocurrency address you control, paid in a Supported Asset.
- Supported Asset
- A cryptocurrency and network we accept for Deposits and Withdrawals, as listed in the cashier (currently BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL).
- Game
- Any game of chance offered on the Service. At the date of these Terms the Games are Ultimate Texas Hold'em played heads-up against the house, Live Ultimate Texas Hold'em played at a Live Table, and Blackjack played against the dealer.
- Single-player Game
- A Game you play alone against the house: heads-up Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Blackjack.
- Live Table
- A shared Live Ultimate Texas Hold'em table of up to 5 seats. Each seated player has their own cards and Stakes, and every seat plays against the same dealer hand and the same community cards, never against another player.
- Hand
- One complete round of a Game, from the placing of the first Stake to settlement. At a Live Table, your seat's part in one round of the table.
- Stake
- Money placed at risk in a Hand: in Ultimate Texas Hold'em (heads-up or at a Live Table) the Ante, the Blind, the optional Trips side bet and any Play bet; in Blackjack the main bet and any double, split or insurance bet.
- Server Seed, Client Seed, Nonce
- The inputs to our provably fair shuffle, described in section 7 and on the Provably Fair page.
- Table Seed
- The Server Seed committed for a Live Table. It is shared by every seat at that table and is not part of your own seed pair (section 7).
- KYC
- Know Your Customer: the identity, age, address and, where required, source-of-funds checks described in section 4.
- Restricted Jurisdiction
- Any country or territory from which we do not accept players, as listed on the Licensing page.
- Regulator
- [Licensing Authority], the authority that issued our licence.
3.Eligibility
- Clause 3.1. You may only use the Service if you are at least 18 years old and at least the legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction where you are physically located when you play, whichever is higher. Underage gambling is a criminal offence in many places. We verify age at registration and again as part of KYC, and we will close any Account belonging to a minor and return any deposits (less any winnings, which are void).
- Clause 3.2. You must not open or use an Account if you are located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction, or if gambling online is unlawful for you under the laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to check this before you register. We use geolocation and other signals to enforce this rule and may block, suspend or close Accounts that breach it.
- Clause 3.3. You may hold one Account only. Each Account is personal to you and must be registered in your own legal name with your own details. You must not allow anyone else to use your Account, and you must not use an Account that belongs to someone else. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any bonus, winnings or play arising from them may be voided under section 10.
- Clause 3.4. You must not be an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of JustPoker or of any of our suppliers involved in operating the Games, or an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
- Clause 3.5. You must not use the Service while currently self-excluded from us or from any scheme we participate in, and you must not be subject to a bankruptcy or insolvency order that prohibits you from gambling.
- Clause 3.6. You act on your own behalf, in a private capacity, and not as a business or on behalf of another person.
4.Your account and verification
- Clause 4.1. Registration (Level 1). To open an Account you must provide a valid email address, a username, a password, your date of birth and your country of residence, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements in section 3. You must keep these details accurate and up to date.
- Clause 4.2. Identity verification (Level 2). Before your first Withdrawal, and at any other time we consider necessary, you must complete identity verification by providing a government-issued photo identity document (passport, national identity card or driving licence) and a proof of address. Your Account shows the status of your verification as unverified, pending, verified or rejected. We aim to review submissions within 24 hours. Until you are verified, Withdrawals are not processed.
- Clause 4.3. Enhanced verification (Level 3). Where required by our AML & KYC Policy — for example when your deposits or wagering exceed thresholds, when a risk indicator is triggered, or when the law requires it — we may ask for evidence of your source of funds or source of wealth and information about the wallets you use. We may restrict Deposits, play or Withdrawals until we receive satisfactory evidence.
- Clause 4.4. Security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your Account. Use a strong, unique password and, where offered, enable two-factor authentication. Tell us immediately at support@justpoker.example if you believe your credentials have been compromised. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your Account before you notify us, unless caused by our negligence.
- Clause 4.5. Sessions. Signing in creates a session that expires after 30 days or when you sign out. You can end all sessions from your account settings. We record the time, device type and network address of sign-ins for security and regulatory purposes.
- Clause 4.6. Accuracy. If information you gave us is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, we may suspend or close your Account, withhold Withdrawals until the position is clarified, and report the matter to the Regulator or law enforcement where required.
5.Demo mode and demo balances
- Clause 5.1. The Service is currently operating in demo mode. Each new Account is credited with a Demo Balance of $1,000.00, and while in demo mode the cashier may allow you to add further demo credits of $1,000.00 once your Demo Balance falls below the threshold shown in the cashier.
- Clause 5.2. A Demo Balance has no monetary value. It cannot be deposited to, withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into money or any other asset, and no winnings generated with a Demo Balance are payable. Demo mode exists so that you can learn the Games, test the provably fair verifier and evaluate the Service before real-money play opens.
- Clause 5.3. All other provisions of these Terms — including eligibility, one-Account-per-person, prohibited conduct and responsible gambling — apply in demo mode. Real-money Deposits and Withdrawals are disabled until we announce launch; the cashier displays the current status at all times.
- Clause 5.4. At the transition from demo mode to real-money play we may reset, remove or convert Demo Balances at our discretion. Any conversion offer will be published in advance with its own terms.
6.Deposits and withdrawals
- Clause 6.1. Cryptocurrency only. We accept Deposits and pay Withdrawals exclusively in Supported Assets. We do not accept cards, bank transfers, e-wallets or cash. Your Balance is always denominated in USD.
- Clause 6.2. Deposits. The cashier issues you a deposit address for each Supported Asset and network. Send only the matching asset on the matching network to that address; funds sent as a different asset, on a different network, or to an address that was not issued to you may be unrecoverable, and we accept no liability for such losses. Each Supported Asset has a minimum deposit shown in the cashier; amounts below the minimum may not be credited.
- Clause 6.3. Confirmations and crediting. A Deposit is credited to your Balance only after the number of network confirmations we require for that asset (shown in the cashier for each asset). The USD value credited is calculated at the time of crediting, using the exchange rate quoted to us by our payment processor at that moment. You bear the price risk between broadcasting your transaction and its crediting. Once credited, your Balance does not change with the market price of the asset you deposited.
- Clause 6.4. Network fees. You pay the network (miner or validator) fee on Deposits. On Withdrawals we deduct the network fee, and any processing fee we publish in the cashier, from the amount withdrawn. Fees are shown before you confirm.
- Clause 6.5. Withdrawals. You may request a Withdrawal of any part of your withdrawable Balance, subject to the minimum displayed in the cashier, to a cryptocurrency address you control in a Supported Asset. The amount of the asset you receive is calculated at the exchange rate quoted by our payment processor when the Withdrawal is processed. Before processing we will (a) confirm that you are verified to at least Level 2, (b) check that any wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been met, and (c) carry out any AML review required by our policies. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours of approval; larger amounts may be paid in instalments and may take longer.
- Clause 6.6. Same-wallet rule. Wherever technically possible we return funds to the wallet they came from. We may refuse a Withdrawal to an address that is associated with a third party, an exchange account not in your name, a mixing or tumbling service, or a sanctioned entity.
- Clause 6.7. Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check every address carefully. We will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect address that you supplied, and we cannot recall a Withdrawal once it has been broadcast.
- Clause 6.8. Not a bank. Your Balance is not a deposit with a bank and is not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Player funds are held separately from our operating funds in accordance with the requirements of the Regulator; the level of protection this affords is described on the Licensing page. No interest is paid on Balances.
- Clause 6.9. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any tax due on your winnings or on the disposal of cryptocurrency under the laws that apply to you.
7.Game rules and provably fair play
- Clause 7.1. The rules of each Game, its paytables and its table limits are set out on the Game Rules pages — Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Blackjack — and form part of these Terms. Live Ultimate Texas Hold'em uses the Ultimate Texas Hold'em rules and paytables together with the live-table provisions of this section.
- Clause 7.2. Ultimate Texas Hold'em. At the heads-up table the Ante may be between $1 and $250, the Blind always equals the Ante, and the optional Trips bet may be between $1 and $100. Each Live Table has its own limits: Main Floor, Ante $1–$100 and Trips up to $50; High Limit, Ante $25–$250 and Trips up to $100. Before a Hand is dealt your Balance must cover the Ante, the Blind, any Trips bet and the mandatory minimum Play bet of one times the Ante, so that you are never dealt into a Hand you cannot finish.
- Clause 7.3. Blackjack. The main bet may be between $1 and $250. Insurance, if you accept it, costs half the main bet (rounded down to the cent), and a double or a split requires a further Stake equal to that hand's bet. Each further Stake is checked against your Balance and your limits when you ask for it; if it is refused, you may still finish the Hand without it.
- Clause 7.4. Provably fair shuffle (Single-player Games). Every Single-player Hand is dealt from a deck (or, in Blackjack, a six-deck shoe) derived deterministically from three values: a Server Seed we generate, a Client Seed you may set, and a Nonce that counts the Hands dealt with that pair. Before a Server Seed is ever paired with a Client Seed we publish its SHA-256 hash in your account, so we cannot change the Server Seed after you choose your Client Seed. When you rotate your seed pair the previous Server Seed is revealed and you can recompute every Hand dealt with it using the open verifier on the Provably Fair page or your own implementation of the published algorithm.
- Clause 7.5. Seed rotation and Client Seed changes are not permitted while a Single-player Hand is in progress, because revealing the Server Seed would expose the undealt cards. The dealer's hole cards are never transmitted to your device before the Hand is resolved.
- Clause 7.6. Provably fair shuffle (Live Tables). Each Live Table deals from its own Table Seed, whose SHA-256 hash is displayed at the table before it deals. The Client Seed for a round is the SHA-256 hash of the round identifier (the table, the Table Seed hash and the Nonce) and the own Client Seeds of every player dealt into the round, in seat order, and the Nonce is the number of rounds the Table Seed has already dealt. Every input is therefore fixed and public before the cards are dealt. A Table Seed deals 200 rounds and is then retired and revealed; only from then on can the rounds it dealt be recomputed on the verifier. Rotating your own seed pair does not reveal a Table Seed.
- Clause 7.7. Live Tables. The following rules apply at every Live Table and form part of the Game Rules:
- You may hold one seat at a time, at one Live Table. A seat that is dealt 3 rounds in a row without a bet is released.
- The first bet of a round opens a betting window of 25 seconds, shortened to 5 seconds once every seated player has bet. A seated player who has not bet when it closes sits that round out. Stakes are taken from your Balance when the cards are dealt.
- Each decision has a 20-second clock shared by the table. If you do not decide in time, a missed pre-flop or flop decision is a check and a missed river decision is a fold: your Ante and Blind are lost and any Trips bet is still settled on your hand.
- The table does not wait for any one player. The same defaults apply if you lose your connection, close the page or leave a reality check or other message open, and the Hand is settled and recorded either way.
- Your username, seat, bets, decisions, any cards you choose to show, your cards at the showdown and your result are visible to everyone viewing the table and are recorded in the hand history of every player dealt into that round.
- Clause 7.8. Authoritative record. Each Hand is created, settled and recorded on our servers. In the event of any discrepancy between what your device displays and our server records, the server record is final, subject to section 11. Your full Hand history, including the seeds and Nonce used, is available in your account.
- Clause 7.9. Interrupted Hands. If your connection drops during a Single-player Hand, the Hand remains open on our servers and you may resume it from the same point when you reconnect. Stakes already placed remain at risk and are settled according to the Game Rules once the Hand is completed. We may complete or void Hands that remain open for an unreasonable period, in which case unsettled Stakes are returned. At a Live Table an interrupted Hand is not held open: the table clock completes it as described above. If our own systems fail during a live round before it is settled, the round is void and its Stakes are returned.
- Clause 7.10. House edge. Games are played against the house and carry a mathematical house advantage that is disclosed on the Game Rules page. Over time you should expect to lose money playing Games of chance.
8.Bonuses and promotions
- Clause 8.1. From time to time we may offer bonuses, free play or other promotions. Each promotion has its own terms (including any wagering requirement, eligible Games, maximum bet while a bonus is active, expiry and maximum conversion) published on the Promotions page. By accepting a promotion you accept those terms.
- Clause 8.2. Demo credits described in section 5 are not bonuses and are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Clause 8.3. Promotions are intended for recreational players. We may withhold or withdraw a promotion, and void winnings derived from it, where we reasonably believe it has been abused — including through multiple Accounts, low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed to convert a bonus, or breach of any other provision of these Terms.
- Clause 8.4. Where a bonus is credited in error or in breach of its terms, we may reverse it and any winnings derived from it. Bonus funds are always wagered before real funds unless the promotion terms say otherwise.
- Clause 8.5. We will not send you marketing about promotions if you have opted out, are self-excluded, or have asked us not to. You can change your marketing preferences in your account settings at any time.
9.Responsible gambling
- Clause 9.1. We are committed to keeping gambling safe. The tools described on the Responsible Gambling page are available in your account under Responsible Gambling at no charge.
- Clause 9.2. Limits. You may set a deposit limit, a rolling 24-hour wager limit, a rolling 24-hour loss limit and a session time limit. A decrease takes effect immediately. While the Service operates in demo mode an increase or removal also takes effect immediately. From real-money launch, an increase or removal will take effect only after a cooling-off period of 24 hours, during which you may cancel the change.
- Clause 9.3. Reality check. While you play we show, at the interval you choose (60 minutes by default), how long you have been playing and your net result for the session, and require you to confirm before you continue. A Single-player Game waits for your answer. A Live Table is shared and its clocks keep running while the reality check is on screen.
- Clause 9.4. Self-exclusion. You may exclude yourself for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently. During an exclusion you cannot play or deposit, you will not receive marketing, and we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening another Account. You may still sign in to withdraw any remaining Balance and to view your history. A timed exclusion ends automatically; a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. We will not pay winnings from play that takes place in breach of an exclusion, and any Deposits made during an exclusion will be returned.
- Clause 9.5. If we believe your gambling may be harming you, we may contact you, apply limits or suspend your Account, whether or not you have asked us to.
10.Prohibited conduct
- Clause 10.1. You must not, and must not attempt to:
- open or control more than one Account, or use another person's Account;
- use software, scripts, bots, browser extensions or any automated means to play, to make decisions, to read game state, or to interact with the Service other than through the interface we provide;
- collude with other players or with any of our staff, or share information about Hands in progress (showing your own cards at a Live Table with the table's own Show control is permitted);
- exploit a bug, error, malfunction or unintended behaviour of the Service, or fail to report one you become aware of;
- use a VPN, proxy, spoofed location or false information to disguise your location or identity, or to access the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
- deposit funds that are not your own, that derive from criminal activity, or that pass through a mixing, tumbling or privacy-obfuscation service;
- attempt to reverse, double-spend or otherwise repudiate a Deposit, or dispute a legitimate transaction with any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, probe or scan our systems, or access data that is not intended for you;
- use the Service for any purpose other than personal recreational play;
- behave abusively towards our staff or other players.
- Clause 10.2. If we reasonably conclude that you have breached this section, we may do any or all of the following: warn you; void the affected Hands, bonuses and winnings; withhold Withdrawals pending investigation; suspend or close your Account; retain funds to the extent necessary to cover our loss or as directed by the Regulator or law enforcement; and report you to the Regulator, to other operators through recognised industry schemes, and to law enforcement. Legitimate Deposits will be returned less any amounts lawfully withheld.
- Clause 10.3. We use analytics, device fingerprinting and pattern analysis to detect the conduct described above. We may ask you to explain unusual activity and to provide supporting evidence.
11.Errors, malfunctions and voided play
- Clause 11.1. Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a Hand is affected by a software error, a hardware failure, a communications failure or any other malfunction — including an incorrect paytable, an incorrect Balance display or a deck that fails verification — the Hand is void. We will return the Stakes placed in the void Hand and reverse any winnings or losses arising from it, and we will correct any Balance that was affected. We may do this after the event and without prior notice.
- Clause 11.2. If funds are credited to your Account in error (for example a duplicated Deposit credit or an incorrect payout), they do not belong to you. You must tell us as soon as you notice and must not withdraw or wager them. We may recover erroneous credits from your Balance and, where they have already been withdrawn or wagered, from future Deposits or by other lawful means.
- Clause 11.3. We are not liable for losses caused by failures of your device, your internet connection, blockchain networks, or third-party services that we do not control, except where such a loss results from our own negligence.
- Clause 11.4. You may verify any completed Hand independently using the revealed Server Seed, your Client Seed and the Nonce (at a Live Table, the revealed Table Seed, the round's combined Client Seed and the table Nonce). If a Hand does not verify, contact us immediately with the Hand reference; a Hand that fails verification is treated as a malfunction under this section.
12.Dormant accounts
- Clause 12.1. An Account becomes dormant if you have not signed in for 12 consecutive months. Before an Account becomes dormant we will attempt to contact you at your registered email address.
- Clause 12.2. A dormant Account is closed to play. You may reactivate it by signing in and, if required, refreshing your verification. Any Balance remains yours and may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
- Clause 12.3. We do not currently charge a dormancy fee. If we introduce one we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and publish the fee in these Terms; it will never reduce a Balance below zero.
- Clause 12.4. Where a Balance remains unclaimed after 5 years of dormancy and our reasonable attempts to contact you have failed, we will deal with it as the Regulator directs, which may include remitting it to the Regulator or to a designated good cause. You may still claim it from us afterwards on proof of identity.
13.Complaints and disputes
- Clause 13.1. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Service, contact us first through the contact form or at support@justpoker.example, selecting Complaint as the topic. Include your username, the date, the Hand or transaction reference and what outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
- Clause 13.2. If our support team cannot resolve your complaint, it is escalated to our compliance function, which will investigate and send you a written final response within 10 business days of your original complaint (or explain why more time is needed). Complaints must be raised within 6 months of the event complained about.
- Clause 13.3. If you are not satisfied with our final response, or you have not received one within the time stated, you may refer the dispute to [Licensing Authority] or to the independent dispute resolution body it designates. Details and current contact information are published on the Licensing page. Referral is free of charge and does not affect your right to bring proceedings in court.
- Clause 13.4. While a complaint is open we keep all relevant records, including Hand histories, seed data and ledger entries, and we will supply them to you and to the Regulator on request.
14.Liability and warranties
- Clause 14.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any defect will be corrected, although we work to those ends. We exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms to the extent the law permits.
- Clause 14.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
- Clause 14.3. Subject to the previous clause, we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of goodwill, however arising. Our total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total Deposits you made in that period and (b) USD 1,000.
- Clause 14.4. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that doing so is lawful for you. You agree to compensate us for losses we suffer as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or of the law.
15.Intellectual property
- Clause 15.1. The JustPoker name, logo, chip mark, website design, software, game presentation, text, graphics and data are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
- Clause 15.2. You must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, frame or create derivative works from any part of the Service, except that you may freely re-implement the published provably fair algorithm for the purpose of verifying your own Hands.
- Clause 15.3. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
16.Privacy and data protection
- Clause 16.1. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have. Our use of cookies and browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
- Clause 16.2. You acknowledge that anti-money-laundering law requires us to keep identity and transaction records for a minimum period after your Account is closed, and that we cannot delete those records early even at your request.
17.Suspension, closure and termination
- Clause 17.1. By you. You may close your Account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Before closure you should withdraw your Balance; where you cannot (for example because verification is outstanding) we will hold it for you subject to these Terms. Closing your Account does not end a self-exclusion.
- Clause 17.2. By us. We may suspend or close your Account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your Account is being used unlawfully or by someone other than you, that you are in a Restricted Jurisdiction, that we are required to do so by law or by the Regulator, or that continuing would present an unacceptable risk to you or to us. We may also close Accounts on 30 days' notice for any reason, including if we cease to operate.
- Clause 17.3. On closure we will return your withdrawable Balance to you, less any amounts we are entitled or required to withhold, subject to verification. Sections 11 to 15, 18 and this section survive closure.
18.Governing law
- Clause 18.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction of Incorporation]. Subject to your right to use the complaints and dispute-resolution process in section 13, the courts of [Jurisdiction of Incorporation] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you may also rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and bring proceedings there.
- Clause 18.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor licensed operator on notice to you.
- Clause 18.3. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
19.Changes to these Terms
- Clause 19.1. We may change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, regulatory requirements, our Games or our banking arrangements. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always published at /legal/terms.
- Clause 19.2. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or by a prominent notice when you next sign in, and you will be asked to accept the new Terms before you continue to play. If you do not accept them you may close your Account and withdraw your Balance. Hands in progress when a change takes effect are settled under the Terms in force when they were dealt.

- Clause 20.2. Postal address: [JustPoker Operating Company Ltd.], [Registered Address]. Licence and regulator details are on the Licensing page.
