Regulation
A licence is the reason you can hold us to account. This page sets out who has licensed us, what that licence obliges us to do for you, how our games are tested, and where to go if we get it wrong.
JustPoker is operated under a valid remote gaming license. License details are displayed here and can be verified with the issuing authority.
The licence authorises [Licensed Entity Name] to offer remote casino games — currently Ultimate Texas Hold'em played against the house — to players in the jurisdictions it permits, using the domain justpoker.win. It does not cover peer-to-peer poker, sports betting or lotteries, and we do not offer them.
These are conditions of the licence, not optional extras. Each is described in more detail in the document linked from it.
Customer balances are held in accounts separate from our operating funds and reconciled daily, so that player money is identifiable and protected in the event of insolvency to the level required by the licence.
No one under 18 may hold an account. Identity, age and address are verified with documents before the first withdrawal and earlier where risk requires it.
Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks and self-exclusion are available to every player and enforced by the server, with staff trained to intervene.
A risk-based AML programme with an appointed MLRO, blockchain screening of every deposit, sanctions checks and suspicious-activity reporting.
Published rules, paytables and house edge; a provably fair protocol the player can verify; and independent testing of the game logic and random-number generation by an approved laboratory before real-money launch.
A documented complaints procedure with a written final response, and a free route to the regulator or an independent dispute-resolution body if you remain dissatisfied.
Every hand at JustPoker is dealt from a deck that is fixed by three inputs before the first card is shown: a server seed whose SHA-256 hash we publish in your account before it is ever paired with your input, a client seed that you may set to any value, and a nonce that counts hands. Because the server seed is committed first, we cannot choose it with knowledge of your client seed; because you can change the client seed, we cannot predict the deck; and because the algorithm is public, you can recompute any hand once the server seed is revealed.
Player-verifiable
The full specification — HMAC-SHA256 byte stream, float conversion, Fisher–Yates shuffle, deal order and frozen test vectors — is published on the Provably Fair page with an in-browser verifier. Any third party can re-implement it.
Independent testing
The game engine, settlement logic and random-number generation are submitted for evaluation by an independent testing laboratory approved by [Licensing Authority] before launch. Published return
The theoretical house edge and the paytables for Ultimate Texas Hold'em are published on the Game Rules page and match the constants in the settlement code exactly.

Use the contact form (topic: Complaint) or email support@justpoker.example with your username, the date and any hand or transaction reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
Escalate to compliance
If support cannot resolve it, the case goes to our compliance function, which issues a written final response within 10 business days of your original complaint or explains why more time is needed.
Refer it to [Licensing Authority]
If you disagree with the final response, or none arrives in time, you may refer the dispute to the regulator or the independent dispute-resolution body it designates. Their decision procedures and contact details are linked from their website.

We do not accept players who are located in, or resident of, the territories below, and we block access from them. Using a VPN or false details to get round this is a breach of our Terms and results in account closure and voided winnings.
