1.What cookies and local storage are
- Clause 1.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and to send back with later requests. Local storage is a similar browser feature: a website can save small values on your device that only that website can read, and they are not sent to the server automatically. Together we refer to these as “storage”.
- Clause 1.2. Storage can be essential (the site cannot work without it — for example remembering that you are signed in), preference (remembers choices to make the site more convenient), analytics (measures how the site is used) or marketing (tracks you to show advertising). JustPoker currently uses only the first two.
2.What we use and why
This is the complete list of storage set by JustPoker at the date of this policy.

- Clause 2.1. All items in the table are first-party: they are set by JustPoker and can only be read by JustPoker. None of them is used to track you across other websites.
- Clause 2.2. Essential storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you have asked for and does not require consent. The single essential cookie,
jp_session, is only set when you sign in; visitors who browse without an account receive no cookies at all from us. - Clause 2.3. Preference storage is used only to make the game tables remember your choices on the device you are using. Clearing it simply restores the defaults.
- Clause 2.4. Our servers also keep standard access logs (IP address, requested page, user-agent, time) for security and fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are not stored on your device.
3.Third-party cookies and analytics
- Clause 3.1. We do not currently load any third-party analytics, advertising, social-media or session-recording scripts, and no third party sets cookies on our site. Fonts are served by our own deployment. Links to external sites (for example the help organisations listed on our Responsible Gambling page, or the block explorer for a transaction) open those sites, which have their own cookie policies.
- Clause 3.2. If we introduce analytics in future, it will run only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; it will be listed in the table above with its provider and duration, and this policy will be updated before it goes live. Choosing Essential only will always disable it.
4.Your choices
- Clause 4.1. When you first visit we show a banner with two equal choices: Accept and Essential only. Your choice is stored in
jp_cookie_consent. Because we do not currently use any non-essential cookies the two choices behave identically today; the choice determines what happens if optional analytics are added in future. - Clause 4.2. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the
jp_cookie_consententry in your browser's site data (section 5), after which the banner appears again on your next visit. - Clause 4.3. Withdrawing consent does not affect essential storage, which is needed to keep you signed in and to remember that you have passed the age gate.
5.Managing storage in your browser
- Clause 5.1. Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data. Look for “Cookies and site data” or “Site settings” in your browser's privacy settings, where you can clear data for
justpoker.winspecifically. Browser vendors publish step-by-step guides for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. - Clause 5.2. If you block all cookies for our site you will not be able to sign in, because the session cookie is the only way we can recognise your signed-in browser. If you block local storage you will be asked to confirm your age on every visit.
- Clause 5.3. Signing out deletes the
jp_sessioncookie and the matching session on our servers. You can also end every session on every device from your account settings.
6.Changes to this policy
- Clause 6.1. We update this policy whenever the storage we use changes. The table in section 2 is the authoritative list; we will not set anything that is not described here. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the list was last checked.
